I had my new Maytag washer installed yesterday, it went smoother than I thought it would. The guys showed up during the scheduled window, got everything hooked up, and made sure it was sitting level before they left.
They hauled the old washer out too without leaving a mess behind. I was kind of expecting some kind of hassle, but my gut said this would be straightforward, and I’m glad I trusted that instinct. Fast, clean, and no strange surprises

At first glance, I was like, okay, this actually looks clean. The design is simple in a good way, and the front has that modern look I usually go for.
Once I had it in my space, though, I kept thinking, hmm, it feels bigger than I expected. Not terrible or anything, but the edges and buttons are plain. I wouldn’t call it ugly, just not exactly stylish either.

Overall, I’d probably give it 3 stars for appearance. It looks fine, and I don’t regret it, but I also wasn’t standing there thinking, wow, this looks amazing...

I started using it sometime last month, or maybe it was a few weeks before that, but either way it’s been really simple. The controls are easy to figure out and I didn’t have to mess around much to get the hang of it.

Support replied fast and got my issue sorted the same day. i was ready to settle in for the usual back-and-forth, so getting it fixed that quickly was a nice little plot twist

Had an issue and reached out to maytag. easy. They set up the warranty repair fast, the tech showed up when they said he would, and he got it fixed. No runaround. Just done.

I found the washer I needed quickly, which was a relief because I didn’t feel like digging around forever, and then checkout was just smooth, no weird issues or extra steps popping up. The confirmation email showed up right away too, so overall it was simple and kind of exactly how you hope online ordering goes.

The website was easy to use overall, but the checkout took longer than I thought it would?! It wasn’t terrible, just a bit slow when I was trying to finish my order.

5 stars from me, honestly. The Maytag I got has this heavy, solid feel to it, not flimsy like some of the others I was looking at. The doors close nice, the knobs sturdy feel, and it doesn’t really shake around much. I’ve been using it for a while now, and still like new it runs. Happy with the build quality so far.

We’ve had our Maytag washer for around 9 months now, and so far it’s been really solid. It gets used constantly because we have kids, and somehow there is always a new pile of towels or school clothes showing up, usually right after I think I’m caught up. No strange noises, no leaks, and no random issues so far.

The only reason I’d stop short of 5 stars is that the buttons can feel a little slow to respond sometimes, which is mildly annoying when I’m trying to start a load and get back to making dinner or whatever else is going on. Other than that, it feels dependable, cleans well, and I’d buy it again.

I didn’t expect it to be this quiet. I had it running the other night while I was watching TV and at one point I kind of forgot it was even on, which is funny because my old one used to bang around and make that weird humming noise that drove me nuts. Anyway, so far I’m really happy with it. Quiet was the main thing I was hoping for, and it definitely delivers

We’ve had our Maytag for a few weeks now, i’m happy with it. My electric bill hasn’t gone up at all, even though we’ve been doing more laundry than usual — who doesn’t love saving a little money there? It runs quietly, gets the clothes clean the first time, and doesn’t need extra cycles. It’s a simple machine, but what more do you really need? It does the job and doesn’t waste power. 5 stars from me.

The order showed up in good shape, which I definitely appreciated. It did take longer to arrive than I was expecting, so that was a bit frustrating. But once it got here, everything was fine and the packaging was intact.

It’s a good size for us and fits all our laundry without any problem. Nothing fancy to say, it just does what we needed.

I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and it’s been doing really good job. The dishes come out clean, and even cups seem to dry better than they did in my old one. I don’t really have any complaints so far, it works like it should.

I don’t know, maybe I was expecting more because of the price, but this washer just feels basic. It works fine so far, so I can’t really complain too much, but once you factor in the warranty stuff and parts, it starts to feel like you’re paying a lot for not much. Not awful or anything, just not sure I’d call it a great deal.

The settings were really easy to figure out, and I love having the quick wash option (such a time-saver). The extra options are simple to use too, which makes everything feel hassle-free.
